Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous and efficient Credit Clerk in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This role will primarily focus on Sales Support, where you will be working on processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will also be involved in monitoring customer credit accounts and taking the necessary actions to collect delinquent payments.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain up-to-date customer credit records Manage and resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Prepare client proposals, mid-year reviews, report packages, and renewal materials Review client prospect and renewal information, track quote requests, record responses and prepare proposals for sales team members Maintain tracking and reporting of new and renewal sales activity Update and maintain various databases to keep current (Multiple types of vendors, Clients, Brokers, etc.) Manage stock of brochures and flyers Coordinate a range of various projects with Vice President, Account Managers, and Sales Executives Assist the department in areas such as office supplies, maintaining files (electronic and paper as needed), etc. Requirements Proven experience in Sales Support or similar role Proficiency in implementing Post-Sales Support strategies Proven track record in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration Proficient in Data Entry and Computer Data Entry tasks Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on Superior Customer Service Ability to provide Detailed Documentation of sales and support activities Demonstrated ability to Obtain Quotes and provide Customer Quotes Experience in Monthly Reporting and Database Entry Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems Understanding of store operation procedures Team player who works well with others to achieve common goals Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
