Description We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data management systems. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around entering various types of data into our systems with precision and timeliness.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks Input timesheets into the database, aiming to process a high volume of timesheets per hour Ensure the integrity of data by verifying and correcting any discrepancies Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Utilize software tools and resources effectively to enhance productivity Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns Leverage skills in Data Entry, Data Entry - Numeric, Perform Data Entry, Computer Data Entry, High-Volume Data Entry, Typing over 60 WPM, Customer Service, Basic Office Skills, and Microsoft to perform job duties Review timesheets with precision and attention to detail. Requirements Proficiency in Data Entry and High-Volume Data Entry Ability to perform numeric data entry Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite Basic office skills, including filing, sorting, and managing records Typing speed of over 60 WPM Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Strong customer service skills Experience in reviewing timesheets for accuracy Ability to work on a computer for prolonged periods Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in high volume environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent qualification required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
