Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. In this role, your primary function will be to respond to customer inquiries and manage communication via calls, emails, and faxes. You will be required to handle specific queries regarding paychecks, enrollment information, and hours worked, with a focus on meeting daily metrics. Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls in a call center environment Responding to emails and faxes from customers promptly and professionally Communicating with employers and employees regarding their inquiries Handling calls pertaining to issues like non-receipt of a paycheck, enrollment queries, or hours worked Striving to meet or exceed daily performance metrics Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and record keeping Balancing the dual responsibilities of inbound and outbound calls Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times Managing email correspondence efficiently and effectively Maintaining a deep understanding of company processes and policies to answer questions accurately. Requirements Must possess at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls. Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is highly desirable. Should have excellent skills in customer service and be able to handle customer queries effectively. Strong data entry skills are required. Ability to correspond professionally via email. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Must be able to work well as part of a team and also independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Must be able to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Proven track record of maintaining customer relationships and understanding customer needs.
