Process student account payments, post to account and deposit cash daily.
Provide monthly income statements to department managers.
Assist with processing purchase order requisitions ensure compliance with BSC policies & Procedures.
Compile and track all leases and facility rentals
Ensure all student housing leases and rental facilities are paid in a timely manner
Assist students with questions related to balances, Bank Mobile and Excess Loan Fund disbursements.
Prepare correspondence to current and former students.
Work as the liaison between BSC & Apartment Complex managers.
Assist with monthly p-card reconciliations.
Prepare and track student housing documentation needed by leasing companies.
Develop a working knowledge of all student financial aid programs administered by the Financial Aid Office.
Work well with other departments to achieve enrollment and retention goals.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills required.
Perform duties in a manner that is congruent with the College’s vision, standards and ethics.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned by the MBOD.

Bachelor degree preferred.
Detail oriented, strong initiative, superior customer service skills.
