We are a small, family-oriented construction company in Central Wisconsin, dedicated to building high-quality new homes. We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Leadman to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Framing, roofing, siding, and finishing of new homes
Operating power tools and heavy machinery
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized job site
Supervising and working closely with a small team to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential construction
Strong knowledge of construction tools and equipment
A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example
Ability to work well with others within a small team environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required

Central Wisconsin
We Offer:
Competitive hourly wage: $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience
1 week of vacation every 6 months
