Currently, we are seeking a qualified Product Catalog Support person to become a valued member of our IT team that takes pride in effectively responding to business needs and directly contributing to the success of the Company. This position may be based from Medford, WI, Merrill, WI, or Red Bluff, CA.

About The Position

Collaborate with multiple departments to gather, translate, and define Window and Door product catalog requirements

Create tasking and manage documentation of requirements for the product catalog system

Create and maintain testing scripts and quotes

Coordinate with Product Knowledge team to troubleshoot and coordinate tasking for production releases of product catalog system

Qualifications

3 years’ office and/or manufacturing experience, preferably in the window industry

Working knowledge of product catalog and CenterPoint software is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably Excel

Demonstrated ability to accurately and timely complete tasks both independently and in a team environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within the Company

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $18 to $25 per hour, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.
