Part-Time Contract Clerical Position
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual for a part-time contract clerical position at our office. This role is primarily remote with regular in-person meetings required.
Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Prepare and manage client invoices with accuracy.
Time Entry: Record billable hours and maintain precise timekeeping records.
Organizational Tasks: Handle document organization, scheduling, and other administrative duties to support smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of legal work.
Must pass a background check.
Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
Details:
Location: Remote, with regular in-person meetings at our office.
Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience and ability. Bonuses available. Freelance, not an employee.
