Phillips-Medisize Manufacturing Operator FULL-TIME $17.50/hr, plus $3000 new hire bonus 939 South Whelen Avenue, Medford, WI 54451 Support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly. Duties include: Running and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses. Keep pace/timing with the rate of all operational machinery Performing a visual, in-process, and final inspection of parts, checking for contamination. Completing appropriate checklists Reading, comprehending, and following operator’s guide and work instructions Trimming and packaging parts according to instructions Communicating status of jobs to previous and following shifts and share information with Mold Techs about problems or process variations Keep and maintain accurate records Be actively involved in the ‘setting-of’ and ‘achieving-of’ goals and expectations of the departmentSchedule - Shift start: 5:00AM or 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 5:00PM or 9:00PM or 11:00PM - Shift length: 8 - 12 hours - Days: Variety of available shifts and schedules availableBenefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401kRequirements - Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship - Experience working in a manufacturing environment - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 20 lbsBonus $3000 new hire incentive Sign-On Bonus: You are eligible to receive a taxable sign-on bonus in the amount of $1,000 payable upon completion of your first pay period.
