Full-time, two-year technology leadership development program where members work alongside experts in various locations.

Three, eight-month rotational assignments within IT organization providing the candidate an opportunity to experience different technology domains and develop variety of skill set.

Assignments within your specific business covering diverse projects in Advanced Analytics, AI, Data Science Data, Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Digital Engineering, Technical Product and Project Management and more.

Global learning experience focused on technical training, leadership, and business acumen.

Engagement in ITDP program initiatives and committees.

Qualifications

A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, IT Security, Informatics, Information Science/Technology, Software Engineering, Security and Risk Analysis, or other relevant STEM majors with IT experience.

Minimum cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent

Graduating by May/June 2025 to be eligible for July 2025 start, full time job availability is mandatory

IITDP Locations: Wisconsin, Illinois or Remote

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Project management and leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom.

Contribution to creative solutions and challenges the status quo.

Proactively learns new tools, identifies opportunities for improvement and promotes their adoption.
