Description Job Description:We are in search of a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a local team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This role involves manual posting of insurance and self-pay accounts in Epic, with a focus on insurance-related transactions. The ideal candidate will be familiar with anticodes, denials, and zero-pay issues, and be comfortable completing transfers within Epic.Shift:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMPosition Type: Full-Time, OnsiteKey Responsibilities:
Manually post batches of insurance and self-pay accounts in Epic, focusing primarily on insurance accounts
Review and post EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and work through anticodes and denials
Resolve zero pays and POB (Patient-Other Balance) lines
Complete transfers in Epic as needed
Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and efficient posting of transactions
Requirements
Experience and Skills Required:
Candidates must have hands-on experience using the Epic system, specifically with manual posting of insurance and self-pay accounts.
Familiarity with EOBs and anticodes is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excel knowledge is a plus
