As a Floral Lead, you’ll design beautiful arrangements, maintain fresh inventory, and ensure an inviting floral shopping experience. You’ll work closely with produce associates, store leadership, and vendors to keep the floral department thriving while assisting guests in finding the perfect blooms for any occasion. Provide Helpful Service:Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do. Design & Arrange Displays:Create stunning floral arrangements that enhance the store's visual appeal.
Monitor Quality & Inventory:Ensure flowers stay fresh, manage stock levels, and track shrink.
Deliver Outstanding Service:Assist guests with floral selections, take special orders, and provide expert recommendations.
Maintain Accurate Pricing:Ensure correct signage and pricing for all floral products.
Collaborate with Vendors:Work closely with suppliers to meet order timelines and maintain inventory levels.
Support Store Operations:Partner with produce management and store leadership to uphold department standards.
Keep the Department Organized:Maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-stocked floral section.
Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
Support the Team: Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
To succeed as a Floral Lead, you'll have:
A passion for floral design and guest service.
Proficiency in florist techniques, including care and handling of fresh flowers.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in retail sales associate roles or similar customer-facing positions.
Ability to work independently and make confident decisions.

The position requires the associate to lift up to 40 pounds on an occasional basis.
Work Schedule:
The Floral Lead is an hourly position that is either part-time or full-time. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
