Our mission is to attract, retain and develop diverse and highly motivated, entrepreneurial employees striving to flawlessly deliver superior value to our customers every day.Support MTW as site Process Safety Coordinator, which involves driving implementation of process safety principles and practices at MTW and assisting with OSHA, EPA, and NRC compliance. You will work with the site Safety group and support MTW PSM programs. You will be responsible for the site Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) program and will conduct PHA sessions as a Honeywell PMT-qualified PHA Leader, as well as oversee recommendation action resolution. You will be responsible for the site Risk Management Plan (RMP) program. You will work with the site Regulatory Compliance group to assist with the MTW Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) program. You will work with the site Engineering and Mechanical Integrity groups on development and maintenance of MTW Process Safety Information (PSI) of vessels, equipment, and instrumentation, as well as the designation of credited safeguards. You will oversee calculations and documentation of calculations, plume modeling for hazardous release scenarios, and perform as plume modeler for the MTW Crisis Management team. You will oversee MTW Process Safety Fundamental (PSF) gemba performance.Key Responsibilities Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

This position will be worked On Site In Metropolis, IL Tier 1 Relocation is Available for this Position YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree in technical field, preferably chemical engineering.

3+ Years' experience in manufacturing or engineering

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong ability to lead teams through complex chemical process hazard analyses

Strong knowledge of software packages:

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - Advanced Functions

SharePoint

PHA software such as PHA Works and AEShield Process Safety Workbench

Plume modeling software such as Phast and SaferOne

Process piping software such as Pipe Flow and InstraCalc

Strong knowledge for creating and editing process safety procedures

Strong knowledge for OSHA/EPA/NRC regulatory requirements with respect to process safety

Ability to be self-directed with minimal management oversight

Effective communicator
