Manpower is currently hiring Customer Service Support on 1st shift in Tomah, WI responsible for the accurate processing of all orders for production purposes. Also responsible for answering a variety of questions or issues from the customer, and ensuring shipments are timely.Job Title: Customer Service SupportLocation: Tomah, WIPay Rate: $16.00 starting wageWhat is the job?
Work with customer service and sales reps to answer questions.
Assist with order processing.
Check new orders and assign order numbers, with correct spec card.
Compare new orders to spec cards to ensure all information can be ordered.
Enter each student’s individual order form information in the OMS.
Must be able to learn and understand all Meca product groups
Work with art department so proofs can be made and sent to sales rep or school.
Update spec cards and sales rep requirement spreadsheet with any changes.
Receive jacket repair information and fill out repair sheet.
Perform spec card maintenance.
Answer calls from sales reps and customers.
Other duties as needed.
Shift details1st Shift 7am-3:30pm Monday – Friday, plus overtime.Temp to hire opportunity. Position will become permanent for employees who meet performance and attendance requirements.What you bring to the job?

Position requires sitting, standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 5 lbs. on a repetitive basis
Must be able to accurately distinguish colors.
Computer skills necessary.
Must be able to work consistent overtime during peak season of October through January, and other times of the year, as needed.
Must be willing to work in the factory to assist with final inspection of product.
