Overview:We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination within the construction industry and possess knowledge of construction management software.Duties:
Coordinate project activities and ensure all phases of the project are completed on time
Assist in project scheduling and monitoring project progress
Communicate with contractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, and Prolog for project tracking and documentation
Support the project team in various administrative tasks
Skills:
Proficiency in project coordination and contract management
Experience with construction management software like ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera, and Prolog
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of build processes and construction management practices
