Description:This individual will help running audits and machine component improvement, supporting another engineer in a full machine project, or handling standard machines. These machines are the size of a car, doing stress analysis, making sure the center of gravity makes sense. Talk with Subject Matter Experts to ensure they have right components and features on the machine. It will be this individuals responsibility to review manuals, sizing for rings, a little electro-mechanical equipment - as long as this individual is comfortable looking up a manual and looking for measurements is fine. 80% of that work, other 20% is on the floor, assisting assemblers and machinists, helping them read and assess the parts. Component drawings, all of the dimensional prints all the way up to large assembly prints. Looking to bring this person in to learn the machine slowly, running design improvements and optimization projects for the first three months. Taking part families and improving their design and standardizing.
