You receive inbound calls from prospective and existing customers looking to book a new hotel reservation(s). These calls come directly to you and 99% of the time these calls are from people in all 50 states. If you work overnight, you will also receive calls from all over the world. You typically sell somewhere between 20% to 43% of the calls that you take. This all depends on your closing skill set. Did you build rapport, did you sell the sizzle of the free amenities, did you create urgency, etc. There is no cost to join the company and there is no lead cost to you. The company pays for all of the leads.
You can make anywhere from $14 per sale up to $36 per sale on average, but the most I have ever made on one phone call is $750.00. This was from someone wanting three rooms for three weeks in Aspen, CO.
So here's the dealif you take 300 phone calls a day and sell 20% of those, you would have 60 sales times at least $14 per sale and that is on a daily basis. That is $840 in one day. If you did that 5 days a week, that would be $4,200 per week. Personally, I shoot for 28 calls per hour and work about 8 hours per day, therefore I take 224 calls per day but your work schedule is completely up to you. You work when you want. You take off when you want. No one is going to tell you when to clock in, when to clock out, when you can go to lunch, when you can take vacation, etc.

Here is how it works:
You need a high speed internet preferably with ethernet, (but WIFI works as well), chrome browser and an audio headset/microphone.
When your application is approved, you attend a training program remotely (at your own leisure) on how to navigate the reservation system and how to help callers book hotels.
When you sign in (any time of the day, 24/7, 365 days a year), you will receive calls from prospective and existing customers looking to make hotel reservations. You don't need a phone, the call will be delivered through the chrome browser via your internet connection and headset. A laptop works. A desktop works. An IPAD will not work.
If you accept a call which results in a hotel booking, you earn a commission based on the booking profit after the guest checks out.
You are paid weekly, via check, or direct deposit. As an independent contractor, no benefits are provided. The better booking your results and service ratings the more calls you get.
Based on your overall performance, you can expect to make from $20-$80 USD per hour. Actual amounts vary depending on your sales performance and call demand when you sign in.
