Admin work can be done from home and shouldn’t take more than a few hours a week. Planning for 10 hrs/ wk at $25.00/hr
Estimates are based on digital reports and a site visit. Pricing is fixed so it’s not quite a traditional sales process. Your commission is built into this pricing.
I’d also like you to reach out to local contractors that might be looking for subcontractors. You would collect a commission from all future installs and manage the relationship.
The goal is to install 1000ft of gutter and downspout plus 500ft of filter per week.
Our work is seasonal, typically running from March 1 to October 31. I’d like to pay a regular salary for the admin work and offer commission plus expenses for the estimates.
