As a Host, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive. Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Communicate wait times to guests in a courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Assist with phone inquiries and take reservations as needed.
Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold restaurant policies and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-player attitude.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of reservation systems is a bonus.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
