Primary PurposeThe Quality Control Assembler position performs manual labor including detailed checklists along a production line meeting labor rates focusing highly on quality control with direct supervision.
Essential Function and Responsibilities Complete final inspections of finished product Inspect product from production to validate the workmanship, dimensions and documentation conform to the product/drawing requirements. Report quality issues to all levels of the Operations team Work with Supervisor and team members to resolve quality issues Operate production line equipment and tools on Hy-Brid line while meeting standard labor rates. Communicate & flex with co-workers to maintain required production line flow. Accurately completes daily time cards and required production documentation. Visual and mechanical inspection required. Must be able to use all equipment or gages that are required to perform the job notifying supervisor or team lead if problems are detected upon inspection. Must be highly organized and process-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills in order to interact with all levels of the organization. Excellent listening skills and be able to handle multiple requests/tasks. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety regulations. May perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
