Maintenance Technician
Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: Competitive Based on Experience (ranging $25 - $35)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. You will work closely with the operations team to implement preventive maintenance schedules and address any equipment issues promptly.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine the root cause and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
Install, upgrade, and calibrate industrial machinery and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics to perform accurate maintenance and repairs.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless equipment performance and minimize production disruptions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Any additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
Maintenance Technician III Qualifications
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and VFDs. Experience working with extrusion, cnc and robots is highly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and repair motors, control panels, and relay logic systems. Proficient in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting using testing equipment. Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Stand and walk constantly; grip, grasp, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, lift up to 10 pounds frequently; sit, climb, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
