HVAC Service Technician $24.00 - $32.00 Per Hour Plus Spifs and Bonuses.
SUMMARY:
Perform service, maintenance, and warranty work requests for residential and light commercial customers. Consult with our customers for accessory items, and replacement systems when opportunities permit. Ensure complete Customer satisfaction by professionally servicing and repairing systems in a consistent and quality. Maintain a professional Company image in the marketplace through positive attitude, personal actions, and appearance.
Requirements:
EPA Type II certification
Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
Experience in troubleshooting and general maintenance of heating and cooling systems
Participate in on call rotation
Ability to work additional hours and weekends in peak season
Comfortable with a computer and or ipad
Have proper tools to perform the main function of the job

Responsibilities to perform the job successfully an individual should demonstrate
1. Provide outstanding customer service
2. Proven technical knowledge, maintaining, and repairing furnace, air conditioning systems, heat pumps, mini-split systems, boilers and indoor air quality products.
3. Ability to consult with homeowners on new products and services that will enhance their home comfort and lower their utility bills.
4. Successful at performing residential and light commercial maintenance and service at a high proficiency level
5. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-equipped truck
6. Actively participate in all training exercises, meetings, and technical vendor training
7. Be able to climb a ladder upto 20' with no accomodations
8. Be able to kneel, stand and lift up to 75 lbs with no accomodations
