Requirements
Greeting guests upon arriving and actively engaging with them throughout the entire furniture sales process
Requires being reliable, responsible, dependable and someone who thrives on a sales room floor!
Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, and delivery of ultimate satisfaction
Expected to maintain a clean sales floor. Light weekly cleaning is expected
Qualifications
Experience in “high customer expectation" work, such as serving in hotels or hospitality can be helpful but is not required
Entrepreneurial and team oriented
High energy “people person", relentless in pleasing the customer
Detailed, strong follow up and follow through; excellent time-management
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Professional, driven, positive, resilient, and achievement-focused
Basic math and computer knowledge is required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Great pay, base hourly plus commission
EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS: Ability to lift merchandise of 10lbs; must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time; must be able to listen and respond to customer’s needs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; sales experience preferred, not required; positive attitude when working with internal and external customers; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
