Maintenance Support needed for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day-to-day operations of the community. (This position reports to the Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician.)

Job requirements:
Apply maintenance and customer service skills to ensure overall maintenance and cleanliness and ensure that all physical aspects of the property meet all applicable laws as well as the company’s established standards.
Troubleshoot, repair and upkeep areas of the property and its units; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, painting/drywall and grounds keeping.
Document inspections and control maintenance supply inventory.
Other maintenance tasks as assigned/requested by your Property Manager.
Assist in making units ready for move-in.
Pool maintenance, cleaning & testing
Ability to walk, stand, sit, crouch, crawl, lift up to 100lbs, & climb as necessary
On-Call: Serve as 24-hr on call maintenance on a rotating basis.
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
