1st shift 6:30 am -3:00 pm M-F (Saturdays and OT required) in an energetic powder coating warehouse company in Kenosha.
Powder Coat Painter Job Description
Review prints and job router to ensure that product is masked/holes plugged correctly per prints.
Mask surface and/or plug holes if necessary.
Visual inspect product hangings prevent products from touching in transit to verify best adhesion.
Color change as needed to apply correct color per print.
Use handheld spray control to apply powder coat to surface.
Quality control to check parts for full paint coverage and appearance.
Occasional assistance in removal of finished parts from rack system and package for safe shipment to customer.
Maintain powder booth cleanliness and perform filter system cleaning
Review stock powder and alert President of levels are low and require repurchasing.
Qualifications
Must have attention to detail and quality focused.
Ability to follow work instructions and work in a fun small team environment.
Able to lift up to 50lbs (if necessary) and stand for 8 hr shift.
Sit down forklift certification available.
