Assemblers perform tasks that are necessary to the production process. They aid in the fabrication, maintenance, and repair of component parts and products. They must also maintain tidy work areas and follow detailed instructions in order to meet safety and quality requirements.

Shifts/Schedules:
Monday-Saturday with mandatory overtime
2nd and 3rd shift available

Job Responsibilities:
Using tools to make or repair parts and products.
Interpreting technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints or other verbal or written instructions.
Perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instruction and/or drawings.
Setup Switchgear parts like Contactors, Circuit breakers, etc
Identifying any defective items and handling them according to established procedures.
Meeting all safety requirements of the company and industry.
Using reason to solve problems as they arise.
Assembler Requirements:
Previous experience with hand tools, power screwdrivers, heat guns and drills.
Previous machine operating experience.
Skilled in mechanics.
Ability to lift at least 40lbs.
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Soldering experience, a plus, but not required.
