Makes 25-50 calls a day
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and social events
Recruits, screens, and interviews with applicants for employment.
Refers qualified applicants to the proper level of management for further interviews.
Extends offers to selected candidates.
Visits trade schools, colleges, universities, and/or job fairs in an effort to recruit applicants.
Ensures that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements

Demonstrated Social Media experience
