Brandy’s Old Fashioned Cocktails & Supper Club is a classic Wisconsin supper club bringing exceptional hospitality, handcrafted cocktails, and delicious, high-quality food to Lake Geneva. We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team, drive excellent service, and oversee daily operations and an experienced chef to lead our kitchen and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
GM Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and manage staff across front-of-house and back-of-house
Foster a positive, professional, and high-energy work environment
Maintain high service standards and ensure an excellent guest experience
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and efficiency
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Monitor sales, costs, and labor to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws
Engage with guests and uphold our supper club’s reputation for warm hospitality
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
Represent Brandy’s at community events and build local partnerships
Qualifications & Experience:
️ Preferred 3-5 years of restaurant management experience (supper club or fine dining preferred)
️ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
️ Ability to motivate a team and create a positive workplace culture
️ Experience with POS systems, scheduling, and inventory management
️ Knowledge of Wisconsin liquor laws and food safety regulations
️ Passion for the supper club tradition and a commitment to high-quality service
Chef Responsibilities
Craft and execute a seasonal menu that showcases high-quality ingredients and classic supper club dishes, including prime cuts of steak, fresh seafood, and delectable sides.
Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and timely food preparation and delivery.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Lead and mentor a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Create daily specials and adapt menus to meet customer needs.
Maintain all kitchen equipment.
