Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Racine, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, maintaining our applicant tracking system, and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and hiring teams.Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, answering queries about the application process and maintaining strong candidate relationships. Schedule complex meetings and panel interviews with recruiters and hiring managers. Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and process their reimbursements. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in our applicant tracking system, Workday. Conduct background checks and coordinate drug screenings as part of our hiring process. Manage the preboarding experience for candidates, including sending them appropriate gift boxes. Ensure that all background check issues for North American hires are investigated and adjudicated. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum results and identify areas of process improvement. Provide administrative and logistical support for the coordination of career events. Communicate professionally, considerately, and with utmost diplomacy, treating all stakeholders with dignity and respect. Requirements Demonstrated expertise in Talent Acquisition and Hiring Processes Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Workday Experience with Office Functions including scheduling, planning, and coordination Ability to handle Financial Notes and Reimbursements Experience in conducting Background Checks Strong customer service skills and ability to answer stakeholder queries Proven record in Training and Process Improvement Knowledge of Travel Arrangements and managing travel for Onsite meetings Familiarity with video conferencing tools and scheduling interviews Excellent reporting skills and ability to manage Agenda Items Ability to work with various stakeholders and maintain professional Conductivity Experience in organizing and executing Talent Acquisition events and initiatives.
