About the Role:Responsible to work with business users in various functional areas to define, analyze and improve business processes particularly as they relate to enterprise applications including JD Edwards E1 and other integrated solutions. Additionally, is responsible for supporting the business users on problem solving system issues and providing effective solutions.

What you will do:
  • Drives the collaboration with specific business users to understand current business processes and requirements to document as appropriate.
  • Performs analysis of existing processes requirements and business changes to determine potential improvements to processes or system solutions.
  • Provides documentation of user requirements and reference guides for appropriate processes in enterprise applications, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
  • Performs setup and testing of all enterprise applications based on business and system support requirements
  • Assists, and often leads, the implementation of specific process enhancements.

What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience with JDE ERP systems
  • Experience implementing and supporting technical solutions in areas including supply chain management, forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing and inventory management.
  • Skills leading business process improvement initiatives while deploying enterprise systems.
  • Experience with a variety of on-premise and hosted enterprise level applications including JD Edwards Enterprise One.
  • Excellent workload management skills including the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities associated with complex multi-phase/multi-dimensional enterprise-wide projects.
