- Drives the collaboration with specific business users to understand current business processes and requirements to document as appropriate.
- Performs analysis of existing processes requirements and business changes to determine potential improvements to processes or system solutions.
- Provides documentation of user requirements and reference guides for appropriate processes in enterprise applications, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
- Performs setup and testing of all enterprise applications based on business and system support requirements
- Assists, and often leads, the implementation of specific process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with JDE ERP systems
- Experience implementing and supporting technical solutions in areas including supply chain management, forecasting, purchasing, manufacturing and inventory management.
- Skills leading business process improvement initiatives while deploying enterprise systems.
- Experience with a variety of on-premise and hosted enterprise level applications including JD Edwards Enterprise One.
- Excellent workload management skills including the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities associated with complex multi-phase/multi-dimensional enterprise-wide projects.
