Inventory Clerks are responsible for ensuring materials flow throughout the facility and may assist in other areas when needed.  Performs standardized duties and tasks, with some deviation when needed or requested. Resolves routine questions and refers more complex issues to higher levels. All job responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with the company’s Mission/Values Statement and its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.Processing and data entry of inventory transactions such as work orders, moves, adjustments, receipts, teardowns, restocks, and audit forms.Investigating missing product and resolving discrepancies.Processing returns and damaged product.Help with physical inventories of cycle counts as needed.File maintenance of inventory records.Using a stock-picker forklift for various required inventory tasks.Following customer specific requirements .Adhering to facility recycling and material handling practices.Communicating with co-workers and supervision in a positive, professional manner.Complying with all facility safety and work rules; including, but not limited to security requirements, and following proper procedures for accident/incident reporting, emergency evacuation, etc.Represent RR Donnelley Supply Chain Solutions in a professional manner.Identify when an error is presented and take appropriate actions.Certifying for forklift operationCross-train for cycle countingProviding backup support to the Inventory CoordinatorThe work environment is clean, comfortable and climate controlled.  The shift is Monday through Friday from  6:00 A.M. TO 2:00 P.M.
