Facilities Operations Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities:Energize your career at ATC! We are looking for a Facilities Operations Specialist to provide hands on light maintenance support for the day-to-day operating functions of ATC Facilities Program Managers (office building and facilities critical operating systems support) including assisting and/or performing general facilities maintenance services. The Facilities Operations Specialist also assists as needed during the implementation of facilities projects.Essential Responsibilities:You’ll use your high school diploma, GED or equivalent experience and five years’ hands on maintenance experience to conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are clean and well-maintained, respond promptly to facility-related service requests, incidents and emergencies and perform maintenance duties such as painting, drywall and other light maintenance tasks.
