This short-term contract / temporary Bookkeeper role is being offered by a Pewaukee, Wisconsin based company.Responsibilities
Examine payments received and record deposits
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Oversee and manage general ledger
Settle accounts by reconciling entries
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - Experience with Code Invoices
ComputerEase experience desired
Accounts Payable (AP) experience required
Proven knowledge of data entry
General ledger experience
Deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Prior experience using accounting software
