CUSTOM MILLWORKING, INC., a northern Wisconsin millwork company located in Eagle River that provides complete millwork packages for area builders and their sister company CornerStone Custom Builders, Inc., is accepting applications for a FULLTIME SHOP FLOOR MILLWORKER/SUPERVISOR. Job duties include supervising departments and overseeing staining and finishing, exterior doors, interior doors, stair parts, siding, paneling, glue up, and rough shop machines. Preferred skill set includes the ability to work with a team and schedule daily job load, tasks, work schedules, and deliveries. Prior experience with trim carpentry, reading blue prints, building interior and exterior pre-hung door units and specialty doors, and operating a Northfield Door machine, Wineg Profimat N22 5 head molder, fork lift are a plus. Employer willing to train in all areas. Good driving record with valid driver’s license is required. This is a salaried fulltime position commensurate with experience in above listed skillset.
