Property Manager Wanted for 8 cabin resort

Looking for part-time property manager to handle guests needs for multi-cabin resort in Arbor Vitae. $1200 Monthly Salary, open year round. Duties include: Being available to respond to vacationer's needs, managing cleaning staff, managing maintenance people and scheduling contractors for repairs when needed, taking down garbage weekly, keeping cleaning supplies room stocked & tidy, sweeping out pontoon boat and giving out keys, handling emergencies as they arise. (power outages, broken appliances, etc). Inquire within for more details. Applicant must be responsible, available and live in the immediate area. No heavy work required, but light duty sweeping, raking and lifting garbage cans, some shoveling in winter, and some light cleaning is necessary. Note: For extra income, you can also clean cabins for an additional hourly wage in addition to the property management salary, but it is not necessary. Our resort is open 365 days/year, so this is a year round opportunity.
