Looking for fun, energetic and personable people to bartend, bounce and DJ. Be a part of a fun exciting place in the Northwoods. Must be independently motivated, be able to multi-task, and have a positive attitude. We are a downtown Eagle River bar that has games, dancing and a clean fun atmosphere. We are looking for people who want to work at a place that is fun but still get work done. Hours are flexible, but nights and weekends are a must. Must be 18+ and we are willing to train. This is a great summer job opportunity for students! If you love working with people and are customer orientated, this job is for you.
Bartenders; Mix and serve drinks to patrons. Be able to make change, run a basic cash register and keep bar area clean. Ease of creating rapport with clientele, but still remain professional. Get work done and still have fun!
DJ; Play music according to the crowd, to get people dancing. Mingle with the crowd and create rapport to increase sales and build repeat customers. Remain professional while having fun!
Bouncers; Meet clientele and make sure of drinking age. Control over intoxication and assist bartenders with any needs. Bouncers are the first face patrons see and can set the mood of a bar, so a great personality with professionalism is a must.
