We are looking for an experienced Baker to make our one-of-a-kind pizza dough. You will work independently (after training) in our facilities during off hours. In addition to baking, you will assist with general prep work for the day's menu.
Responsibilities
-Make pizza dough from scratch, with the goal of getting at least 28 crusts out of one batch
-Assist with general food prep for the day's menu.
-Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen for the open hours cooks
-Assist in planning orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
-Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished product
Requirements
-Proven experience as baker
-Exceptional time management skills
-Ability to continuously meet a set goal or standard
-Exceptional reliability
