NMT’s expertise in the design and development of endoscopic devices, combined with Isometric’s market leading micro-molding capabilities, are revolutionizing drug delivery and medical devices including minimally invasive surgical instruments and surgical robotics. Together, we aim to meet the evolving needs of medical devices, enhance component miniaturization, and improve the maneuverability of small and precision components, ultimately contributing to improved device functionality.It's an exciting time to join our team, and we're hiring for Quality Technicians . These positions support the Quality Department by ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements through effective inspection, testing, and documentation practices. The Quality Technician plays a key role in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), with a strong focus on ISO13485 standards and continuous improvement. This is a full-time, non-exempt paid position , and the hours for this position are Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:30PM.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Program and operate a variety of inspection equipment, including CT scanners, vision systems, and CMMs.

Perform First Article inspections and Gage R&R studies.

Conduct real-time inspections and testing of materials or products during production using calipers, gauges, micrometers, and vision systems.

Measure products using appropriate tools and report inspection/test data accurately.

Support the development and revision of procedures and work instructions.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure product compliance and recommend process adjustments when necessary.

Participate in continuous improvement activities supporting ISO13485 standards.

Assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to internal documentation and audits.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

Associate’s degree in a related technical field or 2+ years of relevant quality inspection experience.

Understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.

Knowledge of inspection methods and equipment.

Experience in medical molding and validation preferred.

Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.

Ability to work independently and follow procedures in a regulated environment.
