Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator plays a strategic and hands-on role in managing the inbound supply chain and supporting critical customer service operations. This position ensures efficient transportation across all modes and maintains compliance with domestic and international trade regulations.Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and manage relationships with freight carriers; coordinate shipment dispatch across air, ocean, rail, truck, and parcel.Analyze transportation performance and costs using various tools to optimize shipping methods and ensure on-time delivery.Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations, including HTS classification, export codes, and proper documentation.Prepare and manage export documentation such as Bills of Lading and commercial invoices.Maintain accurate records and electronic filing systems for all logistics and trade compliance transactions.Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Vendors, Assembly, Fabrication, Stockroom) to ensure seamless logistics operations.
