Description:

Company coding receivables for payment entry

Maintain/Assist with AR aging report - partnering with the project managers to collect and record necessary project information

Run bi-monthly AR aging reports and analyze for Controller

Determine credit worthiness for potential and current customers to help mitigate risk in the aging report

Enter daily deposits in AR system and discuss receipt concerns with Controller

Resolve all payment discrepancies/disputes, and process daily bank deposits for courier

Contact clients (method tbd) to collect payments and discuss potential issues

Run weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting reports as required/requested

Qualifications:

2+ years transactional accounting experience

Determining credit worthiness experience

Comfortable with automation processes
