Continuous Skills Development Specialist

The CSD Specialist is responsible for development and implementation of the CSD process throughout the entire production facility. CSD Specialist will develop all training material, record all material that is completed, ensure that all team members are retaining information being trained and keep training documents updated with any changes that may appear. CSD Specialist will oversee all CSD Trainers on all shifts. This person will also help other plant operations to solve training issues that may arise.
