Cafeteria/Custodian

The Cafeteria team member is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of the  lunchrooms and break rooms at the facility. Ensures all areas are cleaned and sanitized. They will also be serving prepared meals to team members while ensuring all food handling safety measure are being followed.  They will be responsible for cleaning food utensils and serving pans.  Pay: $20.50 per hour. Pay is based on $17.50 plus a $3.00 shift differentialHours: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm to 2am.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:Working alongside the team members involved in the cleaning and upkeep of facilityMeeting and assisting vendors bring food into the cafeteria.Follow food safety quality guidelines.  (food temps, documentation, serving)Serving food in a safe manner.keeping clean food prep areas and organizedUse POS system to charge team membersPackage leftovers and store for resale as individual meals.Sweeping & mopping breakrooms, restrooms and hallwaysCleaning floors, walls, stairways, windows & restrooms according to the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS)Stocking custodial and PPE supplies.Discusses any potential quality control issues with Supervisor or Shift Manager.Maintain good communication with Supervisor at all times.Report maintenance issues in a timely fashion.Keep areas neat and organized daily.Maintain an accurate inventory of all sanitation supplies and Cafeteria (food, utensils, paper products.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Standard Sanitation Operating.Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.working in Employee Store as needed
