Eco Interiors is a small interior painting business specializing in non toxic paint to create healthier spaces for our customers.
As a small business we are growing and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. Currently we focus on painting during the winter months as our partner company Fresh Roots LLC operates during the warmer months. This means there is potential for year round work in both companies.
Eco Interiors is looking to expand into exterior home painting and window washing to increase available projects and hours. This is a business looking for motivated individuals that wish to work in a flexible environment that allows them to grow into the position and pay that they wish by bringing their skills and ideas to the table they can create a space for themselves within this business.
Requirements to apply:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work. English speaking, we are in customers' homes and need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and owner. Background check will be done.
Positions Available
Team Member-
Gerneral painters with some experience and a willingness to learn. Would be required to help with setting up projects (taping, covering furniture and windows/doors with plastic, clean up, and general tasks). Entry level painting skills.
Team Leader-
Experienced painter with the experience in all the aspects of a painting project from setup to clean up. Must be able to operate a brush and roller method of painting with skill, detail, and high standards. Knowledge in a variety of painting techniques, drywall repair, and fine finishing work required. Experience in sales, interior design and color selection, and other forms of interior home improvement are a plus! Experience in leading a team and organizing a jobsite so that work is done with the highest quality and efficiency. Experience using a paint sprayer and other painting equipment needed.
General requirements for employment
Hardworking, detail oriented, good communication, teamwork and cooperation with others is highly valued here, experience with all the tools involved with painting and other projects, adaptable to the various issues faced in trade work (weather delays, some longer or shorter days depending on project, multiple jobsites during week, etc.), open to working inside and outside of homes or businesses.
