Looking for several experienced spray foam insulation and air vapor barrier installer positions available as well as several Spray foam Applicator / Concrete Lifting Technician level positions available. These are full time permanent positions with excellent pay! Compensation based on experience and ability. No need to drive to jobsites in your own vehicle on your own time, we supply company vehicles and pay for your travel time! We participate in prevailing wage projects!
Expectations for experienced installers:
- A minimum 3 years' experience spraying / installing closed and open cell polyurethane spray foam and/or fluid applied air barrier systems, preferably in a commercial environment. Will also consider those with similar foam concrete lifting slabjacking or mudjacking experience.
- Painting or coatings experience with airless sprayers is a plus but not required. Intumescent coatings or paint spraying experience a plus.
-Below Grade foundation waterproofing experience with fluid or sheet applied products is a plus.
- Must have working knowledge to operate Graco or Gusmer spray foam equipment and ability to rebuild a spray gun.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
- Experience spraying foam on exterior flat walls and stud cavities.
- Experience with masonry and rough opening flashing systems and transition membranes preferred.
- Experience with slab edge fireproofing and coating systems is a plus.
- Physically capable to regularly lift 50lbs+ and work in aerial lift equipment, hydromobile scaffold and masonry scaffold systems.
-Ability to work in a small group setting or independently without constant supervision.
- ABAA Air Barrier or SPFA Spray Foam industry certified applicators are preferred but not required. We can help with certification!
- OSHA 10 Safety training or better preferred. Will be required upon hire.
- Some light travel is required from time to time, however the vast majority of our work is local. When travel is required we pay for your hotels, provide company vehicles, and provide a daily meal allowance!

Compensation / incentives package can be OVER $100,000 annually with overtime plus full benefits for highly qualified candidates.
