Local Residential Maintenance Company with large existing book of business seeking an independent licensed HVAC technician/installer to partner on routine maintenance and repairs for rental single family homes, condos, duplexes, and smaller apartment buildings. The partner we are seeking will be proficient in HVAC troubleshooting of furnaces, boiler systems and ac units. Work would be performed during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00. Partner will be willing to perform on call emergency maintenance services outside of normal business hours.
Must have:
Work truck/van
Proper tools
Good attitude
Not a complete jackass
Must Be Certified/Licensed HVAC Technician and hold the required credentials.
