Full Job Description:
We are seeking a Rough Carpenter Apprentice with a foundational understanding of building Decks, Patios, Pergolas, Sun & Screen Rooms, and 3 or 4-season rooms. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction of various outdoor and indoor structures.
Learn and apply basic carpentry techniques under supervision.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to quality standards.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of carpentry principles and tools.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Commitment to working 40-50 hours per week, year-round.
