Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on marine engines and related systems.
- Service and rig new outboards, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service team to provide high-quality service and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and electrical system checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marine Technician or similar role, with a solid understanding of marine mechanics.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to marine engines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license; marine mechanic certification is a plus.
