Job Title: Landscaping Construction Crew Member

Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and motivated Landscaping Construction Crew Member to join our team. You will report directly to our Project Manager/Foreman, assisting in all aspects of hardscape installations, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, driveways, outdoor kitchens, and other related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and leveling.

Installation of pavers, natural stone, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape elements.

Mix and pour concrete as required.

Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, including saws, compactors, and skid steers.

Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites.

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized worksite.

Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure project quality and deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields preferred, but not required

Ability to safely operate hand and power tools

Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.) and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn

Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
