Our client, a premier construction company in Wisconsin, is seeking a seasoned and motivated Foreman to join our growing team!
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for leading a crew of 8-10 skilled workers on various concrete construction projects across Wisconsin. As the Foreman, you'll oversee all aspects of the job site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. With 50% travel required, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different locations and project demands.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a crew of 8-10 concrete construction workers
Develop and implement daily work plans, adhering to project schedules and budgets
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and protocols
Conduct regular job site inspections and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor material usage and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete construction, preferably in a leadership role
Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
