Join our growing team in Hales Corners, WI. On-site Staffing Services is seeking a Cabinet Finisher/Team Leader. The ideal candidate would have experience in and knowledge of finishing or fabrication of custom cabinetry and also can act as a Team Leader of the Finish Shop.
Qualifications/Required Experience
Experience with woodworking, cabinetry, or cabinetry finishing preferred.
Knowledge of painting techniques and use of HVLP and Gravity sprayers preferred.
Ability to perform basic reading and writing skills.
Ability to work with little to no supervision and keep pace with production expectations.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have an eye for quality
Must be dependable and flexible to work depending on company needs.
Must be able to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds regularly.
Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.
Duties and Responsibilities
Mix paint thoroughly for accurate color.
Staining, painting, glazing, and top coating.
Maintain paint equipment including all sprayers, tips, and lines.
Sand primer and prep solid wood, veneers, and MDF.
Maintain cleanliness and basic housekeeping of the paint booth and room.
Stain-matching capabilities are a plus but not required.
Spray gun and pump maintenance experience preferred.
Full-time Monday through Friday
6:30 am until 3:00 pm with additional overtime hours as required.
$22 to $30/hr. Based on experience.
