- Shift: M-F (8/9-5p) w/ On-call rotation.
- Onsite position so must be local to Milwaukee, WI.
- Must be open to traveling to remote support locations.
- Entry level position for hardware & software related issues.
- Will support, configure, and deploy activities associated with desktop computers, end user telephony, video & associated unified communications technologies (I.e. deployment and support of mobile devices, video visits, basic phone & network troubleshooting).
- Support computer hardware, printers, client access software, and other devices such as scanners, signature pads, etc.
- Will provide video support as well including teleconferencing end point equipment, conference rooms, telehealth and telemedicine initiatives.
- Will work closely with all IT Team members to promote teamwork.
- Responsible to keep the CMDB (Asset Database) updated to maintain accuracy.
- Dispositions IT owned hardware in accordance with IT processes and procedures.
- Prepares required system documentation to aide in basic troubleshooting and application qualification.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 0-2 years experience.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Education: Knowledge of Information Technology principles normally acquired through an Associates/Bachelors in Computer Science or similar.
- Basic knowledge of cyber security concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory account management.
- Broad knowledge of IT services, applications and infrastructure.
- Exceptional computer skills utilizing and supporting MS Office and MS Exchange/Outlook.
- Good interpersonal skills in communications with all levels of hospital personnel, vendors and IT staff.
- Solid capabilities working to plan and meeting deadlines.
